    We’re talking pallets of the stuff, changed supplier and it cost more to dispose of than what it’s worth. Think it will cost up 10k to get rid of it.

    maybe and its just maybe there's never been the demand

    So much wrong with that headline " + never ignore the power of a Swansea Council <doh>
    Pig stys, loos, a giant apple and other Swansea buildings that can never be knocked down

    Sadly, some have been lost, but the vast majority of these buildings will be preserved for generations to come

    The article includes reference to the bridge alongside the Liberty ( if you ever played football on the pitches pre Liberty then you'll have walked and possibly jumped off it into the Tawe ), it's now been taken away I wonder if that will ever return ?

    Morfa Bridge

    Location: Normandy Road, Landore, Swansea

    Erected in 1909. An iron and timber bascule bridge with stone abutments, built to provide a rail link between the Morfa and Upper Bank Works across the Tawe.

    Ah the old Addis bridge, treaded the boards may a time, plus jumped off it. Did you ever use the swing off the viaduct? Did it once, and not a full swing now that was dangerous.
