Even if true (and in some cases that is unfair) why tar us all like that? I find we are the least cocky supporters (thru years of poor performances) but we are a little excited about our current team,
Tbf you do have more decent posters than arseholes on your board but some of the ones mentioned give you a really bad rep
There's a good case for having those four mentioned put down for the sake of humanity, especially the bitter lonely old ****
The Spurs fans I know in person are okay and grounded to be fair, but fans like the aforementioned and the tools that go to games from my experience are anything but. Even United fans are more grounded. Personally I think yourself along with SuperAllstarSpurs, PNP, YV etc are all good posters and grounded. You are welcome here anytime, it's people like totsfan, dona_mara and Ensil who offer nothing contributory and abuse our posters that we have a problem with
I'm someone who lived less than 1 km from the Bridge for 23 years and went to every match i could manage. Now I live 20,000kms away, am I a fan or supporter ?? I get up at 1.30 am for matches or 4.30 am for CL. If we win, 1st thing I do is call my Spud son in law and leave a wake up message for him !!. If we lose, I turn my mobile off. I don't care if we're fans or supporters, as long as we are behind Chelsea.
You would be classed as a supporter but nonetheless it doesn't matter. I am not saying one is better than the other I'm just saying it's a different way of rooting for the club
Without singling out any one person in particular . . .Ensil's ****-o-rating surely must mean he counts as double ?
I have to say I am disappointed with the Spurs mods for letting that worthless piece of excrement back on their board after banning him. Thought they had the courage of conviction
He'd only keep coming back, new IP's. This forum seems to be his life, I hope he takes the hint though, malignant ****.
Melbourne, the coffee culture capital of earth. Originally from Sydney, my Dad was from Wallasey so I got UK passport, lived in London 1969 to 1975, started following Chelsea, back to Oz for 10 years then London again 1985 to 2009, in Cathcart Road, near the Hollywood Arms, and only 50mtrs from Frank Lampard !!!! Got to know lots of current and recently past Chelsea players that way, including RDM who used to own an Italian restaurant opposite Hollywood Arms.
The line shouldn't be drawn between supporters and fan(atic)s, it should be drawn between supporters and spectators - those who vocally support their team and those who are only there to watch them.
I posted this on the fred on our board about this subject. There are one or two on our board who think that you have to come from 'da manor' to understand the rivalries. I know from growing up in London, that London rivalries occur across the capital and beyond.
