Mate, you can't beat live music, and I'm really lucky Glasgow is only 30 minutes away and has gigs on every night. We have some great venues, from small intimate ones like King Tuts (300 people) to the Hydro (holds up to 12,000) and some good outdoor venues too like Hampden and Glasgow Green, each holding up to 50,000. We also have a multitude of good festivals every summer so plenty of music all round.

I love this thread, it combines the two great passions of mine, music and QPR, and I've discovered some really good bands through these pages, and it also drives me to search for new stuff all the time - there's so much great music available these days, only problem is filtering out a lot of the guff stuff!

Was supposed to be off to see these guys in a couple of weeks up in Glasgow....
