We've just lost 4-0 to Bermondsey's finest, so I'm past caring

And us Rangers lost to Cardiff which was to be expected, but still not to downbeat as we have started this season much better than most of us expected tbh! Must take the rough with the smooth I guess<ok>

Still very early days to go getting downbeat about it imo<ok>

And most of all good music in many verities, trust me ncgandy, music is my therapist and always picks me up and chills me out during those difficult and stressful moments that life has a habit of throwing at you, often testing you...

Sorry, you can tell I'm p!ssed right now<laugh>

So yes, in a nutshell it's alcohol and music thats very handy sh!t<diva>

And peace to all nations and humanity (don't fancy my chances with this one tbh<doh>)

Too true, music has helped me through all sorts of problems, going back as far as I can remember.

It's also helped define much of my life, both good and bad.

Could easily live without a TV but take away my record (strictly speaking CDs) collection and I'd struggle big time.

A song from one of my favourite hard rock albums, Stone Sours' Self Titled album. Think this song was Grammy nominated, with the video dealing with the real life struggles of a young Corey Taylor (Slipknot).
