I was told that this song was written about Eric Clapton's use of marijuana. They were an item for a while during the 90's. I may be wrong but it's a good song anyway...
Hendrix and his Band of Gypsys - Stone Free at Fillmore East 1/1/1970... This sounds just so good in my opinion... Credit to Billy Cox – bass guitar and Buddy Miles – drums, vocals. Such good chemistry and so tight these musicians are. Shame Hendrix died so young, I would loved to have heard more from this trio!
Elegant Gypsy Suite from Al Di Meola's Tour De Force – Live album 1982. Al Di Meola – guitars Anthony Jackson – bass guitar Jan Hammer – keyboards Victor Godsey – keyboards Steve Gadd – drums and percussion Mingo Lewis – percussion
The coolest band of the '80s - in fact of any era, They claimed not to be influenced by the Ramones - but this is the Ramones with feedback.
Last bump from me tonight I promise you all. Thanks for the music posts and have a good weekend everyone Peace!
