    Ugly Inside article on Tadic also talks about clubs possibly interested in Clasie. I think he is going to be a revelation this year for Saints.


    I may or may not have said that about Gaston once too

    I am definitely a fan of Jordy but there are some on here and TSW that don't think much of him......with a decent preseason he wil have a big part to play this season.

    I think we haven't seen the best of Clasie...this could be his breakthrough season. Not the time to sell him and, apart from perhaps Everton, I don't think we'd get a serious offer.

    My mind is still open about Clasie. Not sure I've seen what others are seeing yet, just a few rare moments.None of those "wow" moments that Gaston produced, but hopefully they have little of any sort in common. Have we stopped buying short arses now btw?

    Report linking us with 21-yr-old Solly March (who?)...England U21 midfielder, been injured, and sports a natty head bandage (watch out Cedric....physios had better place a new order for bandages now :)). We only need to hear he is 5'4 and he'd be perfect. I think we have all learned to expect the unexpected by now. :)

    Clasie is a calm and solid player. Too many wow players and the opposition could run over you when those 'wow' moments go wrong. I've seen a photo of him stepping in when Fonte was about to head butt Vardy...calming influence.

    Gaston is a creative player, Clasie is a DM. Clasie's job isn't to produce wow moments.

    Of course a DM can produce 'wow' moments. Or is a 'wow' moment only restricted to long range shooting and fancy dribbling?

    Both big Vic and Morgan regularly provided a nice bit of 'wow'.
