I don't expect we'll sign him either, but not expecting something is different to stating that we never sign players like it. We have done so in the past, we will do so again in the future.

I think McTominay could be potentially as well, looks one of their better players atm

Early on we had money that's the difference at this stage. They have to grow the club off the pitch for years.

Well, that’s almost word for word what Chaos said…..just not necessarily in the same order.

Why Man U in bold? Nuffin special about them these days.

Tbh I expected us to be much more out in front. With City's squad and schedule, they're obviously doing fitness a lot better than us.

75 players is a lot to have injured at once.
That’s potentially 211 single feet which may get injured.

Minteh scored twice and assisted once vs Ajax (6-0 final score). I'd still prefer us to bring in someone like Raphinha, but his emergence has been very useful. How's that Kuol lad?

I think we need to all accept that Newcastle won't be doing anything like signing big names players. Whether we like it or not FFP and PSR are now being enforced brutally.

Newcastle have to find young talent and build this club organically over many many years, which means we need to be more like Brighton.

Newcastle aren't going to win anything or genuinely compete for a long time because I don't think they'll get anywhere close to the big 6 within the next decade.

It's fine we only wanted a club that tries.... Well that's what people said... I won't lie I'm desperate for success which is 1 small pot.

Future looks bright to me and a few other youth players can come in alongside Bruno,Tonali,Joelinton and Longstaff.

The point is you've included some players that cost big money and unfortunately the PSR issue is now right upon the club.

I never said the future wasn't bright, but they'll have to be more clever for a while and find more undiscovered gems more than signing 63 million pound striker or 50 million pound wingers.

The club is way off at the moment.
