I am having an off frenzy kind of day. But if you wish someone to go to Holland and truck your plants back I'm your new business partner.
You'd think with the money he earns, he could afford something something better than a 5th hand pair of jeans. The jeans I wear when decorating are in better condition than those
So thr rumour mill is Raph going to Barca for £51m, plus they're wiping off the £9m we owe them for Blono's mate , totalling £60m, big disappointment is the £51m is in 3 installments, which we possibly won't see 2 of them. Player power eh! That makes it we're about £28m down because of where they wanted to go and the club crumbled to their demands.
Even if this is the case it gets rid of Raphinha and his agent who don’t want to be here and gives us 60m to play with which is enough to get Camera, loan Adams and buy CDK.
I agree it's the money Leeds need. Let's face it they were going anyway. Joe jordan and gordon Mqueen chose man utd and that was their right. You can't tell a player he is going to play for Chelsea and send them there.
You know what gets me riled is fans saying good luck kalvin you are one of us and accepting the deal. Meanwhile Raphinha makes the club a lot more money but he is reviled for only doing the same as phillips. Take the money and move on and you never know these new players may be just what we need.
Yes i think it was time for him to move on. He had reached his potential. I am hoping for someone fitter and faster who can create too.
I've never been that much gutted when a player moves on it's the nature of the beast even more so today where loyalty is a bygone word, even when I have been an avid fan of someone it is out of your hands so why get worked up about it, new players replace whoever goes and you can only hope they do their best in the shirt, foremost for me is they must at least display commitment to the cause and the fans anything less isn't acceptable....skill,flair, ability, must be combined with 100% effort give that and the fans will warm to you....side before self
Was just thinking about Raphinha's contribution. Some of you seem think that he had a great season. And he did, right up until he played for Brazil, imo. In fits & starts, you have to admit. Then it was occasional glimpses until the end of season. He's hailed as the top goalscorer on 11, but 4 of them were penalties! And only 3 assists - which is a shocking return for an international winger. So then you look at Harrison. He scored 10. No penalties. 2 assists (also crap). Yet he's valued at less than half of Raphinha. And some on here are keen for him to go for some strange reason. Give me 2 Harrisons every day! Now if only Harrison could repeat that year, with James matching him, plus someone taller than 4'6" in the middle to receive assists... Why do I see Raphinha differently to everyone else? We're all reading the same stats.
