Jack has ability, he’s just not delivered. Now if Ralph has sat him down and told him to concentrate on his game, training and focus, believing he can sort him out, then fine by me. The Jack I’ve seen last two seasons is not for me.
Well he does habe some of the qualities that RH likes, he just needs to cut out the every game mistakes...

He still has a good chance of developing into a decent Premier league player, Perhaps this pre season he does a JWP. He COULD be a starting CB if he kept out doing the stupid mistakes. We will see.

We have to focus on getting the players out who aren't committed now, Austin, Soares and Hoedt, I'd be tempted to do a Osvaldo on Hoedt too, Just to get rid. Major disappointment.
