Gallagher and Austin out for about 12Million, Fantastic business. Assume we save wages too, With Che no where near Austin's earnings.
Yep, that guy is a total con and isn’t breaking any news at all. Agents don’t sit on the internet spreading gossip from behind anonymous accounts. And they certainly don’t know everything about everything! Especially where other people’s clients are concerned.
Rabiot going to Juventus. Can't believe he's not coming here, what the hell have the board been doing all summer?
https://www.transfermarkt.com/statistik/vertragslosespieler Apologies if its already been mentioned. List of free agents as of today.
Derby have excused Lampard from preseason training in order that he can talk to Chelsea. Very disruptive for Derby....sure the money will be nice, but I hope they have someone lined up early in preseason.
https://www.footballinsider247.com/revealed-southampton-agree-to-sign-star-for-27m-in-fee-wages/ Article suggesting Adams will be announced later today and he will be on 60K a week....though how they claim they know this is unclear. The wages are probably just a best guess.
Ralph wants a smaller squad more suited for his style. Compromises will have to be made...it won't always be the ones at the top of your discard pile that you end up moving on...it may be a case of who you can sell or loan out. The fact we are considering letting McCarthy go rather than Forster could be an example of that.
The issue with this is that we are left with the players that absoloutely nobody wants (including us) and all the fringe level players we aren't massively fussed about keeping, but aren't that terrible, have left. Would need to be some very decent recruitment to replace say 7 or 8 of those with the 5 we are supposedly looking to sign and be better overall I think.
