Harry Kane had 14 in 56 when he was 22 before making the break through with spurs - mostly in the championship. My point is that you shouldnt really judge a 21 year old that you have never seen play.
Come on. Harry Kane is an anomaly. You can't use him as a justification for spending £15m on someone who has never done anything ever of any note.
This is my exact point - you (and I) have literally no idea if that is true -because we have never watched him play! Also - another random player i searched: Drogba. At 23 he had 12 goals in 64 games in the french 2nd division. Tons of top players hadnt scored that many at 21
