I also think Boufal is a confidence player - much like Redmond (was?). If he had a couple of good games and felt we were on his side, I am pretty convinced we'd have one hell of a season from him. Redmond seemed to improve once he had a couple of good games and we got off his back.

Three points on Sat was massive, but close behind was Boufal's reaction for me. He looked so pumped, and he looked so excited with the assist. Loved his celebration, and him hearing his song will be such a boast. I think he's going to force his way in. I think we have awoken the beast.

Hope he does well there. His last season remains on one of the weirdest I can remember seeing from a player: at Basel, he looked like a drop-in replacement for Tadic. At Saints, he looked like a drop-in replacement for a missing fence post.
