Ralph reiterated at the weekend that we are after young players...having said that, age shouldn't count if he could do a job for us. On the other hand I can't see him coming here anyway.
When did we last sign a player over 30? West Ham will probably go for him even though he's a bit young for them. V
I think he would be good for a season to help improve what we have, through organising the back line, and to help bring through the younger CBs, maybe in a part time coaching role.
There surely will be interest in him. He would improve us, but I don't think we could play him and Vestergaard due to pace, however Christensen has barely played this season and I would definitely take him, though improbable!
He looks like a decent player... Those defences though I think I'd have had a stroll through on goal, and I wasn't a very good player

Ings was a panic buy last summer right on deadline day so we agreed to anything to get him over the line
With the right players around Ings I’m sure things will work for him. It is a question of getting a fair balance.
hehe, too right. That's a very distinctive style! He's only played 26 games for Standard, so maybe early to assess consistency. £20m a hell of a price though.
