New West Ham signing Pablo Fornals gives his first interview... "I know about the loyal fans and the stadium, which is a beautiful stadium. The fans fill the stadium every weekend and that is something admirable, especially with the passion with which football is lived there. I think it is important to play with the support of your fans at home.” Which is a polite way of saying "I have literally no idea who west ham are nor have I ever watched them play."
What happened to the old Boleyn ground? Is it still there or.....? Will W.H. move back one day?....or permanently change their name to Hackney Wick Hammers?
Although, with the population getting bigger and bigger in numbers, they may have to do what the Chinese did....one kid per family!!!!!!?
I guess I'm just jealous No new Spurs fans from me. My wife was told she had cancer 10 days after we got married and had to have an hysterectomy! Life!!! But it saved her......
As much as we take the piss, there are certainly West Ham fans capable of making thoughtful, dignified internet posts Remember that I said "some"...
No chance, he's off to China to pick up a massive pay cheque for a couple of years then coming back to London to wait tables in an Italian restaurant on the Balls Pond Road
No need to be a waiter. He should be able to buy the place.....and everything else in the Balls Pond Road!
Baseball @ The Taxpayers Arena this weekekend. Apparently they needed 345 Tonnes of dirt to create the diamond. Local sourcing ideas?
17-13? That ain't baseball.More like girls rounders! I wonder where they found 345 tons of crap.Probably made the place smell better!!!!?
Girls rounders? We all played rounders when I was at school, boys & girls. It was a regular part of PE & great fun. Equal opportunity back in the '40's & '50's! Never saw any obesity back then either thanks to rationing, school playing fields & walking everywhere to save the penny bus fare
Never saw boys playing rounders......didn't see boys playing netball either. I bet they are playing basketball now somewhere in Britain. Golf seemed to be for the rich, the priveliged and business. I guess they let us working class in now!!!!!? I used to watch the people playing bowls in the little park in Lordship Lane near the pub as a kid. Always thought I'd be playing when I was grown up. Sadly,no!
