Son was on our bench yesterday. He got 18 goals last season. The last West Ham player to score that many when they were in the top flight was Mike Small in 91/92. To match the 21 goals that Son got in the previous campaign you have to go back to Tony Cottee in 86/87. They've brought in a couple of decent players this season and have a good manager. I'd just be happy with that and see where it takes you, if I were in their shoes.
Add to that the two World Cup semi-finalists and U17 World Cup winner on the bench - and that's even doing them a favour by acknowledging Llorente's World Cup and European Championship wins aren't exactly recent...
But they've got Andy Carroll. Oh wait, no they haven't. Hernandez is their only striker on the bench today.
If there are any cricket fans in our midst, forget the Lords test match, the mousers are going to score more against the spammers this afternoon than India score versus England.
Unless you're referring to the goalkeeper and that bloke sat in front of the advertising hoardings, no there wasn't
The keeper, the guy infront of the advertising plus all of the people in the stand, don't you understand the rules at klanfield?
Spanners should be down to 10 so balancing out..... Wilshere and Nobel both get 'bolloxed' the space of 3 seconds!! There is a god!!
