I saw enough of Lukaku in tonight's Milanese Cl semi final to convince me, with the right manager and team set up he could be a great asset. I think he just needs the right coach.

He is a player who is not selfish enough but more than capable of being a very good striker.
I used to feel sorry for and annoyed with him during his time with us.
His movement was good and he made some great runs off defenders but the players we had at the time were really **** and either never spotted the run or way over hit the pass putting it out for a goal kick or throw.
He always put his thumb up and applauded them in encouragement but I used to scream "don't clap them, bollock them for ****ing the pass up".

He has looked better recently, though I reckon fitness and weight are part of his problem. A full, tough preseason with us might be the cure for him if we recruit better and sort out our manager and squad.
