I've been saying for months that Klown will resign in the summer claiming that he has achieved his goals of stabilising the club and winning a trophy. The fact that he will leave the team in a worse state than Hodgson did will be lost on the perm brigade. I hope they do bring Rafa back, he'll soon piss the owners off so much that they'll start looking for a buyer. Just noticed Everton are above them in the table. Classic.

606 was great and i for one still miss it. Most of the United lot ended up on a few sites, ja, Sportwitness, 12 yards and couple of others. Some users probably stopped posting after 606 shut. I kind of disagree as i am slowly warming to it along the levels of 606 forum but 606 will never be beaten. We were so close to preventing the shut down with the petition which reached nearly 4k signatures but we failed as the beeb said that "606 forum did not have enough of a audience base for it to continue" RIP 606 forum - Gone but never forgotten.
I always read 606 and was registered with the site but never posted. Too many wums and little chance of discussion as threads moved down too fast. The only way to get this board going is to try and post more United related topics ( other than just Matth doing it ) as every other thread is either about Liverpool or City.
Me, sweats, tunns, foo and a few more had one of these threads on 606. If anything is was more like the banter thread. There were amongst us more good United posters than the whole of this site. I agree about threads but when i have posted some good ones which ask the people on here to have a think no one is interested so i don't bother. Can't be ****ing arsed talking to people who think United have only been in existence since sky sports invented football. Matts threads are ok but if he just does one a day instead of half a dozen we might get something going.
Anyway, back to mocking the Scousers. The below on the Liverpool forum sums up just how delusional they are about their club's place in the modern game.
Agreed. Like you say though you try and get some discussion going and you get some one line answers which really don't add anything to the thread of any sort of debate or add to the the thread. It seems some people are only interested in thinking about what they type and adding to a topic if it somehow relates to other teams etc. It's a shame as some of the better posters on the United board rarely post.
This is one of my main problems with this board. We have Christiansmith who is obsessed with Liverpool and is always making threads on Liverpool and looking for arguments.
Not seen Foo on here for quite a while now. You could make a really good thread on something United related and you probably only get a couple of comments. However, you make a thread on something way off topic, nothing to do with United and it gets a load of comments.
That's football banter though. How many times and in how many different ways can the need for a new central midfielder be discussed?
No that's true enough but some of the stuff does get a bit tedious. The whole site isn't that busy in real terms so there just isn't that interacting between different sets of people. It's just us lot, and there's only so much you can talk about. So, do you think we need a couple of new cm's in the window or are Giggs and Scholes good for one more season? Thoughts?
I believe that we need 1 central midfielder signed in the summer so that should be the main focus for Fergie as we have been lacking in that department for quite a while now. Giggs and Scholes will probably carry on playing next season.
Had an all dayer yesterday on the cider.. Feel rancid today.. Woke up at 3am fully clothed face down on my bed with the heating on sweating buckets.. How was everyone else's??
