Got to agree, I love chicken and pork but never, ever, order either when out. It's either beef or lamb in some shape or form (unless curry when it IS chicken). I wanted to go out for sunday lunch today as it's been horrible, biblical rain all day. Had it in instead, no chance of three pints of guest ale when in though is there? No, is there ****. Where'd do you go? Think I'll watch the U21's, there is a light at the end of the senior tunnel and it is hopefully them. We'll see in a couple of hours, eh? Yep - I've been de-televisioned tonight. Missus is watching her ****e 'Prison Break' bollocks that she's recorded. Can't argue really, she's been working for the last 3 hours whilst I've been snoozing on the bed. I flicked it on for a couple of minutes and it looked like a repeat of the seniors to be honest. Spain passing them to death and England bumbling and snatching at crosses when they get the ball back. I had the Cumberland sausage Tags and to be honest, you can't really go wrong with that. But the others were disgusted with theirs - the steak and ale pie was SWEET, for ****'s sake. They must've poured half a bag of sugar into the stringy 'meat' mixture. Our kids aren't particularly fussy eaters but they hardly touched their pork. Nasty. The waiter had the cheek to look offended when I took my change and turned on my heel instead of doling out an undeserved tip. The service was ****e and slow and the food was basically inedible for all but me. Tip? Stick it up your arse, mate. Cheeky twats. That's the first time I've not tipped since I started eating out as an adult, so it must've been bad cos I've had some **** meals.

Well I can confirm red wine an gin gives me a bad head!!! Did over half a bottle of tanqueray after pub closing time Saturday night.. Loads of folks piled into my mates flat an there were birds dancing an getting semi naked .. None of which were really worth a poke.. An needless to say I still feel terrible today only got out of bed yesterday to cook at about 6pm.. Made my own potato rosti an pork chops.. Which were very nice..

Had a chicken dinner and the kids watched Happy Feet and when the rain finally stopped I moved a few things about in the garden and attic room. Was great, I really enjoyed!!
