I didn't blame rafa or Bruce I think they both did the same, but one ****ed off and one didn't


Bruce finished 12th with this side
 
I don't know why people find it so hard to just say the players aren't good enough.

We just lost at home to Cambridge.. Do you all remember knocking Bruces cup runs? Oh they were just lucky draws

Anyone would do better Bruce you said? Well has that proved to be the case?

Okay my 2 pence worth.

Howe makes them train - Bruce didn't - so in terms of coaching - Howe wins.
Howe has won a game - Bruce never - so in terms of results - Howe wins.
Howe has never bigged up an opposition and accepted defeat in a pre match press conference - Bruce did every week - so in terms of PR - Howe wins.
Howe never managed the ****wits down the road and bad mouthed the fans - Bruce did - so in terms of likeability - Howe wins
Howe hasn't been a ****er to the press - Bruce was a complete ****er to the press - so in terms of public perception - Howe wins
In terms of kissing Mike Ashley's Hoop - Howe hasn't - Bruce did - so in terms of being an ass kisser - Bruce wins

so in my mind thats Eddie Howe - 5 ex 5under1and manager Bruce - 1

No it’s not. It’s reality.

How can you compare Bruce and Howe on:

a) the players essentially assembled under Bruce (as opposed to Howe)

b) when Bruce has had 2 and a half years coaching them with Howe having 2 and a half months.

That isn’t fair.

For who is at fault for where we are now please refer to my initial response.

Do you remember the fans knocking Bruces cup runs arguing it was just because we played lower league sides?

Oh yes and it's just another example of the mental gymnastics that have been going on

We stay up and you'll say you were right Bruce was useless

We do down it's Bruce's fault.

The truth is the players were not good enough and they're going to give Howe better one's

Again you ignore the point being made and try and tap dance to an engineered answer but to a different question.

For my position on the question referred to in the last sentence of my last post see the answer given in the last sentence of my last post.

For any other question that answer may or may not apply.
 
I also specifically remember fans saying just a cup run every now and then is all they want.

Bruce gave them 2 and they said it was just **** opposition.

Howe loses to Cambridge and the players are the problem.

Which is it? The manager or the players?

I agree the players aren't good enough or more worryingly aren't mentally capable enough. What I don't get - other than for the joy of an arguments sake, is why you constantly bring that ****ing fat idiot up?

I think I do know actually. I think you believe the problem isn't Ashley and isn't Bruce - I think you believe its our fault.

No I just knew the players weren't good enough all the way through Bruce's reign and now I have simply asked the fans whether they've realised that yet... They have because they've been saying it since Howe started to do crap.

Anyone would be better than Bruce they said...this squad the best we've had under Ashley they said. Now it's the players?
