For under £100,000 the Club could halve the cost of travel for official Club buses: Average bus price - £20 50 passengers = £1000 Average bus price - £10 (plus £10 club subsidy) = £20 Cost to Club = £500 per bus. If we averaged 10 buses per game (which we don’t always do) it would be £5000 per game. 19 games x £5000 = £95,000 for a Premiership Season
To be fair Dill I agree with Norway. This is a really good posting from you and you raise some very valid points. In fact you could take the point further and ask about the mentality of travelling fans too. A while ago now I posted a thread about the demise of travelling support. I don't think or expect anyone to remember it but basically it was along the lines of plastic fans going away, creating no atmosphere and objecting to the die hards singing and getting behind the team. As you say in the op, if the club help out the fans it means more die hards can go and put the plastics in the minority. It follows then that the atmosphere will be better too
And you won't get any plastics telling us to sit down - imagine some of our lot telling the St Gallen fans to sit down last night
They were great fans fair play. Unlike the Premier League though their fans weren't told to sit down. That's another problem, too many plastics and also over jealous stewards. Spurs are terrible so are Norwich, at Palace the stewards were great, one pointed the way to the toilet and the cheeky bugger laughed and told me I shouldn't have drunk so much
Yes now what have you done with Dill, if this was the real Dill he would have factored in the cost of Rissoles within his calculations, now tell us where Dill is
He fancied his chances with Poshminx and decide to pay her a visit at home. Unfortunately FFS was already there and Minxy has tied them up for the past fortnight. She now writes on his behalf - hence no mention of rissoles.............and the absence of FFS.........

Hot dogs are the way forward Mabs. I couldn't factor in beer because it's £100 a game for me which is more than the average View attachment 26762
Taken from the BBC website today "Offside, Cardiff City. David Marshall tries a through ball, but Peter Odemwingie is caught offside." Hoooooooooofffff
Ouch I had a look at their board to see what they thought of the game - there was no one there! Have they abandoned their board?
