I saw McShane in a production of The witches of Eastwick in the West End and and both his acting and singing left a lot to be desired. 1 Star
No but seriously, a feature length TV drama that (almost) everyone would like is Boys from the Blackstuff. There've been some great tv drama films made by BBC and Channel 4 and they never seem to get repeated.
I've watched a bit of the Sopranos and I can see why peeps like it, it's not my thing though. Fake cop/gangster series are boring. Never understood why people like the Wire. Also, don't ****ing name drop me again you pathetic pikey ****wit.
Most of Guy Ritchie's efforts have been pretty good. Anyone who didn't enjoy "Lock Stock" and "The Snatch" must have something seriously wrong with them. I thought "Revolver" was an excellent movie, but I've never met anyone who agrees with me so I'll have to swallow that one I supppose. Shane Meadows has made some great films. "Dead Men's Shoes" was a tense brutal classic, and "This Is England" was a masterpiece. Maybe you didn't understand it. And what about Ken Loach? Or Mike Leigh? Jesus, what's wrong with you?
