    Again, this is my point though. They might've been "very good" at club level, but nothing should have led us to believe they would succeed at international level. "For some reason they didn't gel together". The reason was that they weren't as good as some people thought! :D

    The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world that Steven Gerrard was world-class. Liverpool/England fans have been soaking this **** up for years, he wasn't half the player Scholes was. Stevie G's service to England was commendable but there were no tears from me when he retired. The so-called "Golden Generation" was exactly that: so-called.
