You might think different when your not sleeping for nights on end and having to do full shifts at work, changing ****ty nappies (I use the towel round the face for that, it's the only way I can do it). Vasectomy doesn't seem all that bad then.
Just waiting on the all clear on mine. Bit sore for a few days but as long as you rest up a bit and go on sensible you should be alright. Nowt to it mate in and out in a jiffy you smell a bit of smoke when they burn the chords and a bit of a tug here and there, worst for me was the room was booked when they took me in and ended up doing it in a cupboard just off the passage with nurse coming in and out for files.
Exactly mate. 2 year old twins would make anybody want the snip, it's exhausting. I work 50 hours a week doing a 3 week rotating shift cycle and my lass works 8-4pm 5 days a week too. During the week I look after the lads on my own either before or after work.

My mate bottled the local and got general anaesthetic. When I came round he was being helped out of his bed opposite me and onto his crutches from which he hobbled off the ward, the bloke was practically in tears. That cheered me up at the time.
