Last week, a few reds came on here with their smiley's as they won and we lost. They dont seem to be visiting us today! Did they lose by any chance? Oh they did! 0-2 seems a popular result today I doubt anyone would go over to their board with smiley's!
I put a smiley last week against your comment of us winning, just to show that you're obsessed with us. Yes I had to search for the comment but I knew one would be there. I've still not checked if you won, drew or lost today because I'm not bothered about you. If you go up great for you but this constant checking attendances etc is just you trying to say we've beaten you on attendances etc. You're obsessed to the point of bitterness and it ain't no good for you. I've a Cardiff friend who I gave my honest thought on the game along with some Cardiff supporters chatting to me on way back to the car but he would rather argue that they was better because Kevin Ratcliffe said so, when both in my opinion should be hanging their heads in shame call that a derby??
I would say 'bite' but that would be stating the obvious Nice post though ROD. Funny when you win and we lose, its all good and smiley faces from you all. But when you lose and we win, we are obsessed and bitter blah blah blah To humour you with a response anyway.... As for me stating your result last week, if you search back at all our previous match threads (and obviously we all now know you like to search for such things ), I dont mention your lot. It was a very rare occassion that I did last week. So not that obsessed really is it. Come on, I dont even go on your board. I dont hardly mention your results or anything really. Cant really call me obsessed. You are the ones coming on our board. You are the ones who post on our threads. You are the ones who come mocking when you win and we lose. Clearly we know who the obsessed is here. As for saying bitter, please dont make me laugh. Great joke ROD Oh and regarding constantly checking your attendances..... the earlier post was on twitter. The post itself is a bit of a give away really that it is from twitter I havent searched for your attendances. The real reason why I copied that tweet and put it here - the banter thread, was for Tom. I know he will see it here. There is a little bit of banter between me and him recently, regarding who will come out on top between Warnock and Johnson. Oh and regarding the Rovers attendances. Funny that you are calling me obsessed once when your very own Tom is doing it all the time on our attendance Hope your day is better tomorrow ROD
Hi mate, how you doing? Great to see you back buddy Im not intentionally trying to wind them up to be honest. Its just a bit of fun with Tom from the red side. Its not like ROD to umm, dare I say it - bite! He is very witty and never bites. A great laugh with down the years. This is out of character for him. Just a bad day me thinks But its been a great day for us. Apart from Pompey, all the results went our way today. League 2 looking good. Until Tuesday night
hello mate, was asking on another forum wonder where CJS is these days? and pirate 49 pointed me in this direction! not really been on here since the original 606, and I briefly spoke to you on the what was the official forum til they closed it! yep good day in the office all round today!! and nice to see you still reminding them s**t heads that its back to loosing ways...... remember you doing the very first hitler video, I see there has been numerous versions since, the newest being very funny!!
cheers mate....... just finding my way on here at the moment, and not the fastest at typing! good to see the banter is still strong....
The newest version is not mine but it is very funny though. I havent done 1 in ages as it always came back to bite me in the ass! Yes, I remember chatting on the official fans forum. When they shut that down, I havent bothered signing up to the other forums. I do now and then look on gaschat and gas guzzler but only on threads where the title spark an interest. Glad you made it over here again. Hopefully its to stay
I still laugh now at that original video when he says...." Any gasheads in the room please leave now!!" and they all walk out with about three left stood there!!!! yeh good to see some old names on here, think ill stick around for the run in, I think its going to get interesting!! be nice to pick up max points tuesday night...
If p49 can do it, so can you (sorry p49 ) I know you like the banter but from me personally, you wont see that much to be honest. Only when its on offer here. I dont go over the red side anymore (and thats nothing bad about the red lot as they are a good bunch). Banter for me is over here and its a lot calmer than when you would have last seen it. They are kind to me and go easy on me now, which is nice. Like I said, ROD earlier is usally not like that. I dont know if anyone else from here goes over there for banter or anything.
We are in a good place now in the table. Just got to not throw this away! 3 points clear from dropping out of the play offs and have a game in hand on the teams outside the play offs. A win against Wimbledon will not only put us in a better position, it will also dent a rivals chances as Wimbledon are impressing at the moment! With Gaffney, Sinclair and Lawrence out injured and Harrison was missing again today so maybe injured again, I just hope DC tries to get 1 or 2 faces in to help with the run in.
not sure how bad Gaffneys injury is? and not heard what happened to Harrison today? but two good back to back results with plenty of goals in our favour. whats that Fallon like then? he's not played a game yet has he ?
just found this on another forum...... Darrell Clarke has not ruled out the possibility of turning to the loan market after Liam Lawrence was added to a growing injury list following a 2-0 success over Notts County at Meadow Lane today. Lawrence pulled up with a calf problem after only two minutes and had to be replaced by Cristian Montano, who scored his first goal for the club to open the scoring. Clarke is already without Stuart Sinclair (groin), Rory Gaffney (hamstring) and Ellis Harrison (ankle) before Rovers entertain promotion rivals AFC Wimbledon at the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday night. “I’m not one to harp on about injuries,” said Clarke. “Everybody will be saying we need to bring two or three in, but we have built a squad and there are those like Monty who are dying to get an opportunity. “It would be ideal to maybe add one or two new faces but that was my thinking before the game anyway. We’re hoping Gaffney and Ellis aren’t going to be too long so we’ll just wait and see.”
To be honest, its quiet the opposite. Without boring you with all the details, I have had a few personal issues and this place became somewhere where I could escape and try to forget the 'real life'. The banter between me and some of them often crossed the line though and im at fault for that. Something then got said that really effected me and I have changed since. As a result, my banter is much more calmer. I have received a lot or support from the reds at the time. Now they go easy on each other, when they bother to visit us over here. You can probably see the difference in me already
Fallon has made a sub appearance but the fight he has had to return to football, I know he would be desperate to show what he can do and try and earn a contract here or elsewhere for next season. I would like to see him along side Taylor. Harrison was injured while on loan at Hartlepool. He returned to us injured but was fit and ready for Hartlepool game midweek. He came off the bench and got some game time. But was not in the team today as injured again. DC seems to be secretive about Gaffney's injury with how long he will be out for. Im expecting Lawrence to be out for 3 weeks plus. Sinclair will be lucky to be back fit by the end of the season. May be a welcomed boost for the play offs, if we make it of course!
