Probably. Usually you see guys tight playing a 70 or 71 or one guy 5 up and just managing.
There was ideal conditions in terms of weather and rewards for long accurate hitting and of course good putting.
If a guy shoots a 63 on the last smday from the lead it should be a whitewash in a major. In fact 63 is seriously low for a major course and suggests a bit of a gimmie course but then the other scores where lads were basically playing out their rounds cos they have to suggests its not quite that.
