Weighing up my options. If a conversions costs £15k then I look to see what I could buy for an extra £20k and see what's best <ok>

Its difficult as there are very few 4 beds around here. I only need 3 beds atm but in another five or six years they'll want their own rooms. The only decent 4 beds I can find are in other areas meaning the eldest two would have to move schools which I don't want to do (eldest is very shy and would find it hard to make new friends, other one would be fine). Hence me hoping a conversion is possibly both physically and financially

Got the first 5 right then realised it's 30 ****ing questions - not got the time to do it now, might give it a bash later.

I'm not a 'True Scoser' - I was born in Liverpool but moved to London at a very young age due to a massive family tragedy, where two of my immediate family were killed in an accident. Grew up in London and moved to Weymouth about 10 years ago.

RHC will tell you, there's not one bit of Scouse in my accent. People think I'm a Londoner - and to be honest I see myself as one, as that's where my life took off and happened. But I'll never foget my roots <ok>
