Im guessing at a perma ban as when Hash banned my other username after finding out to do it but not how to undo it no time scale was given.

That depends on whether the account is banned or deleted
BRB doesn't delete accounts because they are permanently removed. If banned, you can check links between them and newbies.
There should be no way back for him, he's played the 'autism' card and been given more chances than anyone else, how the **** does he know if anyone on here are cripples?
His 1st thought was to post a thread on the Swansea site to draw the sympathy card when the reality is he doesn't deserve any.
