The rank of super moderator is not a position which can be applied for. All super moderators are appointed by Redemption directly. Those promoted are done so by unanimous recommendation of the current super moderator team who enter into a discussion about potential super moderator candidates when they feel an addition to their team is necessary. Viable super moderator candidates must have extensive experience as a moderator before being considered and will usually already be occupying senior moderator positions on the site, such as being a member of the category moderator team. A diverse range of skills is necessary to succeed in the super moderator role as well as an attitude that is compatible with the site's ideals and current super moderator team's approach and personalities. Those who are interested and have the ultimate aim of becoming a super moderator at Not606 should start by gaining experience initially as a local moderator and expressing an interest to step up into more senior positions from there. Your superior communication skills and willingness to put the effort in and go above and beyond your assigned duties to help both members and fellow moderators should speak for itself and demonstrate your capabilities to take on positions with a more managerial focus. You can always PM a current super moderator and make them aware of your ultimate aim too; there's no harm in expressing a desire to step up. with a little hard work, dedication and 3 daily ****s you can fulfill your dream to become a SUPER MODERATOR!
I could've been mod on a few occasions, back when I used the site loads. But didn't bother, too much ballache Supermods - now that's a different kettle of fish. They fight bots and stuff. All power to the geeks....
I can old dream of fighting bots and possibly transformbots. I suspect super mods are members of great crime fighting organisations such as 'The Super Friends'
Never mind spam bits, super mods, super twats, transformbots etc when are we going to get a decent server on this site?! It'll lose users if this keeps up
We lost users last time and I am in no doubt it will happen again.if this continues. The thing going for us this time though is that the board is thriving with users meaning people will want to stick around so may tolerate a little more than usual. They issue has more than been raised on the mod board and with Mick (site owner). Last time it happened we went back in time

I miss MFG and Bazray, what ever happened to Baz? Do the super mods get payed? Or is it just Mick that gets the profit?
Baz threw a strop and posted a leaving thread (about his fifty-second) never to be seen again They don't get paid and Mick doesn't make a profit either

Baz isn't around, we'd know A lot of forums do some kind of money making scheme. I think this one only has adverts for non-registered users which would help pay for the hosting and domain
A couple more defeats and MFG will be back spouting how Rodger's shouldn't be here. Especially if Kenny takes over this this team in the Indian league that was being rumoured and does well with them!
