    So Sorry Garlic Klopp.

I totally get what you mean. My mum died whilst I was away in Northumberland and my dad died when I was away in Norfolk (albeit he was in Malaysia).

    Djibril Cisse on Steven Gerrard
please log in to view this image

"I will never forget Steven Gerrard's team-talk at halftime during the 2005 Champions League final.
[Rafal] Benitez comes into the dressing room, he does his coach speech, that we must not give up and that we need to score quickly.
"Steven gets up and asks all the coaching staff to leave the dressing room, because he wanted to be alone with just the players. All the staff left, even the physios who were giving treatment to the players.
"Stevie gets up and says that Liverpool is all he has, it is his club, all he has ever known and he does not want to be the laughing stock of the history of the Champions League.
"He says that if we respect him and love him as a captain, then we need to dust ourselves off and get back in the match.
"He scores the first goal, he gets the penalty. He has an extraordinary second half, finishing the game as a right-back. He has a crazy match - but that half-time speech will remain imprinted in my mind forever."

This should read a nation that doesn't develop coaches not one who over rates itself.

I just think we should force clubs to have homegrown coaching Staff quotas at every level. It's not good enough to have youth coaches and appoint am entire staff of some foreign coach then rinse and repeat all the time.

Maybe English coaches should go and learn and develop abroad. Go and get a job and take stuttgart to the CL and then the top English clubs may be interested.

    This makes no sense whatsoever.

If the English really overrated themselves they would always employ and English manager as no one else could be better

You might be getting senile, but you're still right - he's managed several clubs in Europe.
