    I am reading Grobelaar's autobiography at the moment. He reckons Kenny resigned as LFC manager because Noel White refused to give him the funds for Alan Shearer. It is better than most footballer's memoirs.

    hmmmm... it'd be interesting If true.

    at the time we had rush and later bought dean Saunders so what are was Alan sheared in 1991.... we paid 3.2 mil or something massive for Saunders?

    He also talks about the fights between the players. He broke Steve Macca's nose twice. Macca must have been mad to even try and fight Brucie, bearing in mind at 17 he was fighting in the Rhodesian bush wars. It is a good read so far as this type of book goes.

    oh mcmanaman or.mcmahon.... I'm assuming if you said macca it's the lightweight.

    a grobs v McMahon fight.would be bedlam.

    grobellaar wouldn't be the type to sit at coat stuff so I'd.say it's fairly tough.

    It covers the match fixing, which was linked to the conman who pinched loads of his money, then sold a story to the Sun about his alleged match fixing
