First baby snail born.
Ran a test mating Fabio Aurelio with Adolf Bond. (The snails are all hermaphrodites).

The first baby born from the algorithm is little baby "Mito Aurelio".

No. I'm going to guess it's got high standards but its shell is broken already

Designed the parts of the profile pictures for the snail. 60 different images which can be combined in a million+ different ways to create unique portraits. I will work on creating the composite snail portraits this weekend.

The rarest phenotype (when all alleles are equally represented in population) would only occur in one of ever 100,000 billion snails: A pink with white polka dot shelled snail, with a pink foot, a single eye of sauron eye, vampire teeth mouth, and a unicorn horn.

I'm thinking of giving a huge in game bonus to anyone that can successfully breed a snail with ALL the most recessive traits.

The most common snail phenotype: Brown ombre shell with brown foot, 2 round eyes, an indifferent mouth and a mole. Occurs in 1/5000 snails. This combines all the most dominant traits.

That's absurd. Snails don't have noses. My snails are more realistic.

 

First bit of contact sparring at Karate tonight. I got paired with the black belt, everyone else there was only yellow including me!

Robbed for first point, he got my elbow which he admitted afterwards but you've got to respect the ref. I won the second point with a counter punch. He won a close call third point before destroying me off the "fight" call on the fourth point; hesitation on my part and he punished me for it.

Seriously annoyed with the last point but not bad for a first time out, especially against a black belt that used to compete at sports karate.

 

He would not last 5 minutes in The Cheese!
