Very painful. Trying to limit use of left hand whenever I can, which is hard to do when you use your hands for your job. Thank goodness it's not my right hand though... That's the hand I use in the shower to bathe with.
Watched the new Gerrard documentary on Amazon last night, it was ok but seemed to focus more on what he gave the club mentally and physically. Worth a watch though.
