Can be calculated fairly easily if you know there are 365.25 days in a year and realise the reason it isn't 24hrs is because the earth moves in relation to the sun which makes the day slightly longer than the time to rotate on its axis.
It's not quite 365.25 either. If memory serves me right, it's a fraction less meaning we miss one leap every so often
I thought the question, then answer was going to be intended to get readers to question the shape of the earth. This is much better though.
I got my minutes and seconds mixed up. Must admit, because it was Milk, I was waiting for a punch line rather than a serious answer to a serious question
Sidetrack lol. Saw something in paper at work yesterday about a celebrity, can't think who saying it's good to bathe in milk and referred to cleopatra. Starters how many can afford to bath in milk ffs. Yeah might be good for your skin but another thing that only the rich can benefit from. ****s Unless we see a rise in doorstep milk being knicked
I don't think we get doorstep milk deliveries in our area anymore. I used to see [and hear that distinctive sound] of a couple of milk floats early mornings and one evening when they came to collect their money from customers. Haven't seen or heard one in a couple of years.
When I was a kid we'd go camping and come down from the hills in the early morning and rob the milk from doorsteps.
And what were you doing on those hills? Do you think you're the first lad to rob milk from the doorstep?
