Alright lads? I've come up with an idea and I wanted to know your views on it... As our pre-season campaign starts on Wednesday, I thought having a match thread for our pre-season games would be a good idea. I suspect most people would be at work so I thought that I could do a match thread and keep people updated on how we are doing and how the players look going into the new season. (I've finished college so i'm able to watch the game on LFC.TV) Thoughts? I'm happy to accept positive and negative thoughts on this.
Chris. I've an idea. When the season starts should we designate someone to write an match analysis article similar to the ones James 8 used to write.It can be someone different after each game.All we need is volunteers and they could be PM'ed when its their turn.Those that have written blogs such as Skrtels Nips would have no trouble writing match analysis articles.
That's a crackin idea KPR! The only problem I can see is the fact that some people, like me, don't have Sky Sports so being able to talk about a game in depth could be difficult if, like me, you listen to most Liverpool games on the radio. It's still a good idea.
Well I used to do the match threads and have done 2 blogs... so I'd have no problem continuing the match threads.
Great idea. I still think Chris writing for the pre-season would be useful. Also, give him some practice (not that he probably needs it!)
Cheers for the feedback lads! Our first pre-season game is on Wednesday at 1.00 so i'll start the match thread at about 12.00 so we can get in an hour of pre-match chat. I'm then planning to do a separate article at the end of the game. A post-match analysis article like KPR has recommended. That O.K with everyone?

I was going through the Liverpool website to try and keep up to date with the latest Liverpool news and I came across a live blog the club was doing whilst the team was in China. I decided to have a look through it and see if anything interesting has happened and I came across this: Brilliant. Nice to see him staying behind and signing autographs for the fans who had been waiting ages. Well done Alberto.
