Woo hoo. Hurricane remnants passing overhead. Usually get theses a few times a year but last 5 or 6 years we've not had many. 8inches of rain in one day is always fun.
Kids are out of school today as a precaution. Main risk is going to be flooding. It hasn't hit full on yet, it rained heavily all night but the actual center isn't here yet. Predicting peak winds of 50mph. There will be some damage but not predicting excessive damage here. People are jittery because of the flooding last year but it should be fine. The broken dams haven't been rebuit so can't break again.
No. I'm not worried. Florida usually takes the brunt of the damage with these hurricanes and they're not that bad by the time they reach us.

I miss Tora Takagi. He made racing fun. He had quite the knack for taking out fellow racers without DNFing himself. If course it was tolerated a little better back then.
