It's common practice for the BBC and Sky to cherry pick the stories they open to comments, they imo should not allow comments on articles relating to Hillsborough because it gives the haters and sickos a platform to spew their bile and lies at LFC and the people of the city of Liverpool.

Not going to do a thread and start the argument again but Gerrard was brilliant yesterday, it really looked like the old Rafa formation with Masch and Alonso.

Lucas and Gerard could be a very good partnership in the midfield.

Laughing at Ray Wilkins, the ****ing tool! He's so biased toward Man Utd, Dwight Yorke was even laughing at him.

Nani's amputated leg has been joined by RVP's head in the chapel of repose and Ashley Williams is being held in the same cell as Carragher who faced a similar charge of attempted murder by Lord Chief Justice Ferguson some time ago.

You can't say that or you will get abuse from crying Manchester United fans!

    (Some exceptions obviously).

I tend to stay away from the United related threads, their is nothing constructive in them it's just pure mud flinging, pointless if I'm honest. Although some of the United fans are decent, others let them down, a lot like me on the Liverpool board <whistle>

Although I did find the attempted murder of RVP quotes funny, football sure is an extremely dangerous sport <ok>

    Indeed!

I'm glad to here that RVP is recovering from his near death experience!

Thinking back to the many times I've had a football smacked up my head, I sure am glad to be alive to this day. Though I'm steering well clear of any football grounds from now on, Anfield is a death trap, especially if Downing gets on the ball <yikes>

    Haha nicely put!

    Imagine QPR with Bobby Zamora.

How there isn't more death from footballs I do not know.

The world is a very, very dangerous place!

Pisses me off that every United related thread always leads to snide Hillsborough comments, that's why I tend not to get involved with them. I don't care what the thread is about, their's no reason for some one to bring it up for cheap point scoring. Rant over - I don't mind debating United or any other team, but when you know every thread is going to lead to abuse and mudslinging you got to ask yourself what's the point of making them.

Thing is Magic there's been a few fans of other clubs banned from our board for making 'snide Hillsborough comments', lets hope our mods ban big tits also.
