I saw my (reporter) mate for a few beers last Thursday. I asked him what was going on with ins and outs with you lot. He told me he was virtually certain that Stones would go to Chelsea this window. They've already put one bid in which has been rejected. They'll be going in with a bigger bid of around 25 million.
