    I have the Samsung thing and compared to apple it takes a month to sync and is not automatic so I can't do that everyday

    I started on kies but am told my phone is not supported and smart switch is better. When i sync the calender it takes 5/10 mins... I have to do it manually not automatically like apple when i just plug it in.

    If someone says they will reply 'by a certain date' does that generally mean that the time-frame to reply expires at midnight the day/night before or at the end of the working day quoted??
