I think you're being naive to think we won't strengthen our squad, Brendan just got a contract renewal and with the guaranteed extra revenue from the CL and the increased Prem money well do just fine next season, settled squad and system. Yoonited on the other are in turmoil searching for a new manager who is probably the feller from Holland who's concentrating on the world cup and will start late with his rebuilding job at OT.
He's a home and away match going fan maybe it all got too much and he wants a little break from the banter or maybe he has won the lottery or he's still in the stands at Palace ....
Weve got the same increased Tv revenue and about double the match day revenue. We are are also releasing several high earners so we are going to have a few quid to spend. Im not convinced you will have all that much or be willing to risk spending loads. FSG have been stung previously by your awful transfer policies. I expect you will spend 30 or 40million and maybe a few more if you can get that £25million for Suarez youre all craving.
