I think you've got it slightly wrong. I don't know the name of the court in Italian but now Knox's lawyers can only appeal to the Supreme Court. On BBC last night they were saying that the Supreme Court were highly unlikely to reverse yesterdays decision. However, you can rest assured that any extradition request would be fought in the US. It will be interesting to see if the Italian.EU legal systems put up any fight against the general US stance.
Well, I'm not exactly well up on Italian legal proceedings, that post was from what I've been reading on the beeb website about it. My main surprise is how after so many trials and years or deliberation nobody involved seems to have the slightest ****ing clue what happened. And where does this leave Rudy Guede who has been in prison as the apparent sole offender until these latest verdicts? I mean, they found his palm print in Meredith Kercher's blood at the scene, evidence that is pretty compelling but there's still no wider picture been built up by the police or prosecution.
Jammy sod Im still working but finished really as a colleague sold to one of my customers we went halfs on so that did me. Pretending to work is quite exhausting though
