It said that i needed to install the lastest version of it to view the site, also said install java and said it had done something to my firefox browser as well Dont know why, might have been some of the script on the ads or something
It's embarrasing jb and I hope the ****ers get caught and banged up...however an incident two miles from the ground shouldn't necessarily be totally levelled at LFC fans...and it certainly doesn't warrant the response of calling for "another Hillsborough" as one Hull fan did or labelling a city full of people as disgusting scum etc etc, kinda guaranteed to get my back up (even though I shouldn't let it).
Ok, I can see this isn't going to be dealt with subtly so here goes... I don't give a **** thank you please
I can't think why it would be LFC fans, but it would certainly have been scousers, so to call the fans is wrong but I'm ashamed for my city when stuff like this happens. The Hull fans linking it to Hillsborough are shameful too.
The first simple lesson is....there are total bellends in the world...Liverpool undoubtedly has its fair share The second lesson is don't drive home through Norris Green (sorry Redlad )
London's Only European Cup Winners or CPofL KTBFFH? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...undit-Cundys-rant-against-Liverpool-fans.html
Irony indeed mate....but in the interests of balance there were a few Hull fans on willing to discuss things reasonably I think the internet (just like football matches) has the propensity to attract a lot of the worlds detritous.
true billy, just pisses me off how loosely that comment is thrown about with out any care for the implications. did anyone ask the Hull fans who were reasonable why in their previous game they ass whooped a team 6-0 yet went to Anfield and didn't even have a shot on target, went from one extreme to the other. probably more to do with one was a home game other was away, but as fans must piss you off that your previous game you was very good the next you didn't even get a shot on target, surely you should try and capitalize on the good spirits the players must have been in after that game. great for us i suppose but from a footballing point of view maybe a missed opportunity.
It's the inevitable downside of the proliferation of media sites on the internet. The Cundy rant linked by Page above would never have gotten into the Mail proper in the past, where space was at a premium, but is handy for padding out a website. The highlighting of this drivel only serves to reinforce idiotic stereotypes and increase tensions between groups of fans who actually believe it. I was disappointed they way the media gave credence to Mourinho's scandalous accusation about Suarez' "dive" without anyone pointing out in those same articles that he was quote simply wrong -it was a foul for all to see. Defending your own player is one thing, fanning the flames of an already volatile debate is irresponsible, imo.
It's a good point Saint. It gives pillocks like Cundy exposure they really don't deserve and wouldn't get other than late night ****e radio or his own clubs tv channel. The beeb has become massively guilty of this in recent times and their standard of journalism has gone from being one of the most respected in the world down to the level of local rag.
I think it depends on how we define journalism. For me, the lard-arse sports hacks don't deserve to have the same title as some of the reporters who risk their lives in war zones, or their careers shining a light up the murky orifices of politicians and businessmen. The beeb still does a good job with its serious journalism imo, but in the arse-end of the media, both tv and papers, the journalists are no better than the crap they serve up to an audience who sadly, seem to lap it up.
I don't understand why a national would give column inches to a subject guaranteed to cause upset. Opinions are one thing but irresponsible reporting is a different animal altogether. The Cundy thing was little more than headlining the comments section of any football article where idiots spout off without engaging their brain!
the thing is any **** quoting jason "nobody" cundy as a WUM would be laughed out of town. it'd be like.... christian smith quoting himself... moronic.
