A game I recently got was 'Rage' - it was in the sale for a tenner. Wasn't sure what to expect so took a gamble on it. I must say it's brilliant. A mixture of RDR, GTA, SKYRIM, and Mario Kart (as there is plenty of arcade style racing if you choose those missions). Although, fundamentally it's a FPS - I must say I'm impressed with it. And the graphics are insane (better than Skyrim IMO). Also it was made by the same people who made 'Doom' and 'Quake' - so that alone is surely worth the punt.
