Off Topic The single malt thread

Go for it FT - it would be rude not to.
If you have a taste I'll open the Tomatin that I got as a birthday present from my son.

Just had a knock on the door. An unexpected delivery. An 18 year old Glenrothes :1980_boogie_down:

A thank you from my 80 something year old father in law. I provided a lovely selection for a recent weekend, which he enjoyed in quantity <laugh> A small note just saying "Thanks, great whisky, ok company" and I knew who it was from <laugh>.

Now my challenge, is do I have a taste on a Tuesday? What say you?
I would....it's not called Tasting Tuesday for nothing.
There is always Whisky Wednesday, Testing Thursday, Finish Friday, Scotch Saturday, Single Sunday and Malt Monday.

Well I am sold. This is lovely. Long and smooth. Listened to some music, drank a a large one, splash of water. Probs pricey for an every day drop, not checked, but a new lovely malt.

Challenge now to stop...
