The season 2020 - 2021.

Our goal difference is starting to look better, too, compared to the other teams in the top six.

 

Starting to look a big ask for two of the chasing pack to catch us. Thirty seven points from our remaining twenty one looks a fairly modest aim ( 10:7:4) in that situation two of the teams below us need to average over 2 points per game.

The Swans are our last away trip to the current top 10 this season - we still have 7 of the current bottom 8 to play away.

Hopefully they can't defend as effectively as Boro and Millwall!

I agree. He has been the most consistent player this season . Well done Captain .

 

Between Hoadley, Bendy and Krul for POTS thus far. I’d be inclined to give my vote to Phil.

 

It's strange how things change. Some wrote off Handley as not good enough, only for him to raise his game and lead the whole team through the season. He's formed a solid partnership with Gibson and they are a huge part of our success this season.

 

Although we seem to be struggling to score at the moment, the table shows we've won more games than any other team.

 

SW's view on the season so far

 

SW is always so level headed and practical. Nothing is going to flap him or throw him off course.

 

Guilty as charged but that was in the context of Premier league performances .

He's head and shoulders above most defenders at this level and is probably playing his best football of his career.

 

I haven’t been able to watch this, but if this is the one which is reported, I love how Farke has got Webber using the word “topic” so much! Rubbing off on each other

 

If there were a prize for the most topical post, Rob's would surely win it.

 

Ok we are now 2nd and could be third if Swans win their outstanding game. Looks like any two from NCFC, Swans and Brentford for auto promotion. With only 2 points from possible 9 it doesn’t take much of a drop in form for the other teams to breath down our necks. The reality of being in PL was displayed in FA Cup when Man City beat Swans 3 - 1 at the Liberty Stadium.

 

Totally deserved - Phil has been a colossus for us this season thus far.
