Looks like curtains but I would give them a little credit today, they have gone for it but the gamble looks like back-firing. They have 5 up front now <yikes>

It might be slightly premature, but I think that's the bottom 3 sorted. Huge win for Villa.

Results could have gone a little better, but still, the bottom 3 are starting to get cut adrift now.

    Things can easily change though.

I would say two "almost" certainties now. If Wigan win later and we lose it does not look quite so comfortable for us of the others around us.

Would be an absolute huge 3 points tomorrow. I believe we can do it and go 10/11th!

Yeah, the middle of the table is stupidly tight, a win would be massive.

Wigan do have a game in hand, but it is ManCity away! They have Newcastle and Norwich at home in their next two games and need at least 4 from those. If we beat them we should be safe as I can't see Reading or qpr getting back in touch now.

Wigan is a far ore difficult game for us than Sunderland in my view. Wigan scare the **** out of me at this time of year, they are the most mental "late bloomer" team the prem has ever seen.

A wigan loss and a point or more and we will be 10 points clear of bottom 3. I would take 2 draws from next 2. As for Wigan having toon next, they are a different animal now since theyre New recruits arrived.
