I'd be happy to do the Scoop 6 races, i play it every week anyway. Or i'd be happy to just pick 5 or 6 horses from any races we wanted, settled on SP

not too bothered whether it is scoop 6 or the ITV races, but I think that 6 races should be the maximum for the comp each week.
not too bothered about leagues but I dont see why not.

would be good if there was a running total of the "winner" each week though - so you could have an end of the year forum "champ"

Easily done but would have to be the same comp otherwise it would be meaningless. I can produce tables for each month and year to date.

Based on comments so far (and lack of) I'm inclined to continue running the TV competition as is but extend it to introduce league table for each month and year to date based on returns to SP. Any one who misses a week will simply get zero points for that week.

This means we can have a weekly champion, a monthly champion and a champion for the year.

If required I can produce, retrospectively, tables based on any format provided we bear in mind that some bets have been placed ew and shouldn't suffer as a result of any change
