So what is everyones opinion on Hiekki now? was it a good risk or has it lowered his chances of a drive next year?
Heikki Kovalainen has admitted he underestimated the scale of the challenge of replacing Kimi Raikkonen at Lotus for the final two races of the 2013 Formula 1 season. oops!
He has stayed pretty much where I thought he was. Nothing special, but competent enough. His starts were his downfall (not suprising having been out for a while), but racecraft seemed to be okay.
