The UK is not in Europe so UK professional golfers should not be able to represent a European select.

Just as UK soccerball clubs and national sides should not be allowed to compete in European soccerball competitions.

I think the USA are quite a bit stronger than Europe this time around.

But, you never know.

 

On paper definitely, USA have 8 of the top 10 players in their team.

And usually, Europe start off great with the foursomes and fourballs, so I think that 3-1 scoreline shows that the USA are indeed very strong.
