So, end of day one, 5-3 to USA, but Europe well in it after a disasterous first session...all to play for tomorrow, will be interesting to see Clarkes selections with two rookies still to make their debuts - great viewing......
The Spaniards have got it back to all square from 4 down. One to play........
Great wasn't it? I was desperate for Reed to miss that Dennis Wise* putt.
*Nasty little five footer.
Those Trump supporters........you can't bring them anywhereGetting a bit feisty.....
Europe up - Rory revenge

We think, I stress it's not confirmed, that this moment a short while ago saw Rory McIlroy ask for a fan to be ejected. The spectator in question reportedly shouted something not to nice at one of the world's finest golfers. It turns out angering a man of such talent isn't a great idea. McIlroy seemingly on a revenge mission.
So glad Michelson got stuffed again. He is a nasty piece of work. They all say what a nice bloke he is but he then comes out and says some pretty nasty things absolving himself of any blame when he loses. Then he could write a book about gamesmanship (the use of dubious - although not technically illegal - methods to win a game.)
Is it just me or American golf fans complete ****ers?
It's not just you pal.....even the US golfers are looking disgusted at some of their behaviour. Monty been saying it's getting worse as the day goes on - always thought the yanks couldn't hold their drink!!
And their beer is as weak as piss.
I never liked Monty as a player but after listening to his commentary and watching the documentary when he was Ryder Cup captain he's a top bloke. He comes across as very humble, humorous and grateful as to what the game has given him.
No argument about the quality of the average US Ryder Cup fan, but you were drinking in the wrong places in the States mate. The place is awash with craft beer and Most of it is over 6%. Massive change in the last 6 or 7 years. And their beer is as weak as piss.
