Who knows what team and formation the tinkerer will go with from the off.
If he's got a virtually full squad with just a couple of absentees. Excuses for poor team performances should diminish proportionately. If players are unavailable through injury or are even sent out when "carrying a knock", the option of a ready made excuse always looms over the hill.
Time for Riza to button down the selection/tactics/formation issues to see us successfully through these last 8 games.
Championship football for CCFC next season should be the sole aim. Anything else would considerably reduce the attraction of the club to new players in the summer transfer window. Those options would reduce and probably cost us a number of existing squad members as well.
Very mixed day at the bottom for us. If Derby win in midweek then we’ll drop into the bottom 3.

Realistically, we certainly should be in the bottom 3 come Wednesday evening.
It's certainly not inevitable, but there's a real danger that once there, we'll stay there. The way it's going it looks like we're going to have to rely on the failures of those around us as much as doing it ourselves.
One dubious positive with 7 games to go. Unlike the very average safety zone sitters, at least we've got something to play for.

Loftus Road, or does it have a sponsor's name now, overall not a happy hunting ground for us since 2015. 5 losses (including 1 horrible result), 1 draw and 2 wins including last season.
A repeat of that will be good. They have a lot of players out including our nemesis, Chair.
Fingers crossed. A win would be a great springboard for the last 6 games.

Put it this way - if they lose to Derby on Saturday, those games you list could be pivotal to their own survival, never mind ours.
Watching Simic's performances of late, and his goals against Peterbrough, he should be given a spot on the bench.
